6 classes $54. Mondays 6-730pm. Tai Chi has specific start and end dates - each series meets 6 Mondays in sequence.
Beginner and intermediate levels. Slow and easy standing and moving gestures with a long history of use in maintaining health, balance , and well-being. An enjoyable, meditative alternative to other forms of exercise.

Our space for classes is large, serene, and private.
Concepts of stress-relief, visualization and meditation are woven into the flow and guidance of the class.

All classes are beginner-friendly.

In general, the style (Hatha/slow Vinyasa) of our classes involve essential postures - asanas - slowly and smoothly sequenced, verbally guided with a meditative intent - and physically demonstrated for you to follow.

The benefits of consistent practice (stress relief, improved body/cell function, peace-of-mind, etc.) can be gained by allowing time for attention, respiration and each posture to work together, as one.

We have a limited number of "loaner" mats. If possible, bring your own mat. We sell a higher-end, eco-friendly, real rubber mat with superior traction. This can be important for stability in some postures, depending on the angle of force through the hands and/or feet.

We offer a "Gentle" and flowing approach to yoga postures - appropriate for beginners/intermediates, and the more restive frame of mind at all levels of ability. There are occasional suggestions for options to postures that can be more vigorous and challenging. Be cautious, move slowly, and always respect the present state of your energy and ability. Sometimes less physical effort lets the best result flow through. Yoga is not necessarily about working harder, but certainly is about gaining more of an inner, personal connection with regard to awareness, breath, and benefits to the mind/body and beyond.

Constancy of practice will bring benefits in range, balance and function.

Yoga classes are on-going, with open attendance. Come as you can. A 6-class card is valid for 3 months.
