 Morning Yoga - 9am- 1015am -   Hatha/vinyasa, slow- flow style.  Essential, sequenced postures, visually and verbally guided with a meditative intent. A gradual, deepening approach for beginners and beyond.
Evening Yoga - 6pm- 715pm - Yoga helps to restore natural rhythms, full circulation and allows for better quality rest in the evening. Gentle, naturally sequenced postures with visual and verbal guidance.  Beginners and experienced students welcome.
